Ruth meets Cancer UK ambassador

On Wednesday 8th July Ruth Cadbury MP Met Lisa, a local constituent and a Cancer Research UK volunteer who has been working to raise awareness about how we can improve the diagnosis of cancer.

Cancer Research UK are working to 'unlock Cancer breakthroughs' focusing on improving research, and Ruth is supporting an application to a hold a debate on this in Parliament on the need to make sure we fix the hurdles facing researchers who want to work in the UK.
