Ruth intervenes in loans debates

Following the debate Ruth said:

"I'm v ery glad that the Government accepted cross-party efforts to secure a review into the Loan Charge. The Government were trying to push through a retrospective, and reactionary tax on people who had legally entered schemes to get paid - the majority were contract workers, such as IT staff and cleaners.

I spoke in the debate last night to highlight just how unjust the loan charge is, and I will continue to work in parliament against this injustice."
