Ruth's Manchester terror attack statement

Our hearts go out to all those affected by the explosion in Manchester last night, even more shocking in that children appear to have been targeted. Grateful thanks to the emergency workers and members of the public who spent last night supporting and helping those injured and stranded.Needless to say election campaigning is suspended for now, which is right in the circumstances.Ruth
